Property is downtown, still feel unsafe walking around due to large amount of homeless people in the area. Outside of hotel has a smell of urine. Hotel had only one reception at my time of check in, so the process was long, after check-in went to the room and came back down to ask question about parking. There was no one at the counter and the line of guest was long. Waited at least 10 minutes before the valet parking guy went inside behind the counter to find employee.

"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ..."
