Staff very friendly and housekeeping are very responsive. Lobby can get pretty busy and it is nice being connected to a department mall with a grocery/deli in the basement. The perfume used in the hotel though was pretty strong in the hallways.

Highly recommended this hotel. Perfect location, walking distance to public transport, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Staff is super friendly and kind. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Seoul.
