Clean and comfortable but not many staff to assist

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Great hotel close to bus stops, and a lot of restaurants. They also have a restaurant in the hotel that offers daily breakfast and lunch buffet at a good price. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Clean room, polite behavior, nice breakfast!

Rooms need updating. It feels like a psych ward. Casino isn't what you expect. It's a fraction of the size of the ones in the states. It was disappointing. I won't be recommending.

The suite room was one of the most amazing and beautiful rooms we've ever stayed in our travels.The staff was very courteous and kind. The view from our room was amazing too

It was tiny, but clean and close to food and transportation. Breakfast was mainly cold cereal. There were many fights of stairs without an elevator.
