villa was really good. had an issue with the hot water and hotel staff sent technicians quickly but the problem could not be fixed. hence, we had to shift to another villa. rooms were clean and really enjoyed the stay. pool with heated water, jacuzzi, steam room etc. were great. overall, great experience. ...

Check in was efficient and staff friendly and attentive. Room clean and spacious in a quiet area of the hotel. Restaurant excellent with very good food, outdoor pool area clean and tidy with plenty of available sunbeds.

Lovely hotel but not perfect

Beautiful hotel in the mountains so peaceful. We stayed in the annex part which is a good 10 minute walk to the main hotel if you want to use the restaurant in the evening or the pool through the day. The annex also had its own pool which is wonderful and you can have your breakfast there too thankfully! ...
