Disappointed that only one lift was working - waited for ages every time you required the lift because it was so busy. I also expected a mini bar in our room with drinks and snacks - I am pretty sure that every other time we have stayed at the Pullman there has been a mini bar. Also, every other time we have stayed we were gifted with complementary drink or coffee vouchers, but not this time.

Room small, beds small, bathroom small. For a 4 season hotel and for their prices exept the coffee was nothing else complimentary. Not a great view either. Breakfast also Very expensive.
