Confort e servizi minimi, a prezzo però "normale"

L'accoglienza è stata molto buona, ma il comfort minimale per mancanza di riscaldamento ed acqua calda; in generale l'atmosfera dell'appartamento è stata di estrema sobrietà e di modesto gusto, in zona piuttosto marginale ed anonima. Niente generi per prima colazione, neppure a pagamento.
