I usually love staying with Jet Luxury at Vdara, but this stay in the Parlor room was a major letdown. The AC barely functioned, and the unit showed significant wear and tear including loose tiles lifting off the bathroom floor and missing shower sealant. The layout was much smaller than pictured, the view was just the parking lot, and account services weren't working for our room. Disappointing experience compared to my past stays here. Needless to say I will not be booking this room again.

Our stay was very comfortable and the Bellagio itself is lovely. The staff was so great in responding to calls to customer services for whatever. The four stars was because most of the restaurants, except for one we found the rest were high end and we like some casual too. The shoe “O” there was great!
