The staff is very helpful, especially the manager Marketa. She helped us a lot. The hotel's location is good.

The bar credit that comes with deluxe rooms was great. Nothing I didn't like. Front desk staff were abundent and helpful

Good but definitely not a 5 start hotel, I would say 3 stars. But it’s close to the bus station which was nice. Very good location. At least it’s new and clean. Staffs were nice.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient. The room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is good.
