Our room was upgraded to the Conrad. Very nice city view. Staff were kind and professional. Check in was smooth. There was a line for the reception, but it moved quickly and efficiently. Room was ready early so we could place our luggage in the room and then explore the resort. Very nice stay.

Our room garbages were full upon check-in. We were charged for the “use” of the mini bar though nothing was actually used and everything was sealed. It was just moved to the counter for fridge space. The room deposit was unexpected since we have it on paper they only wanted an additional $100 upon check-in, NOT $600.00
