3人入住，房間寬敞床褥舒適，環境寧静，唯不足之處是3人入住只提供2人份毛巾，要另到服務台拿取，十分不便，望能改善。

The hotel provides excellent service. I called the hotel directly and asked for some questions and they could answer me efficiently in a well maner. The reception team is excellent too. They accommodate my requests. They always wear smiles and greet you warmly. I booked two rooms for two nights. Since one of the guest is using wheelchair, they voluntarily upgraded one room so that he can have more space. The team is so customer focus and i would like to express my heartful thanks to them. Both rooms are clean and my team have a nice sleep. Thank you team! Well done! Will return to this hotel next time ;)

Our stay at Regent Hong Kong was nothing short of magnificent. The room was exquisite — incredibly well designed, supremely comfortable, and with a stunning harbour view that we never tired of watching. From check‐in, Experience Manager Victor Mo made everything special: they upgraded our room when they learned of our wedding plans, personally escorted us, and even surprised us with a beautifully presented, delicious wedding cake that we both enjoyed immensely. The room cleaning service was equally impressive: the housekeeping staff were always discreet, meticulous, and prompt. Every day the room felt fresh, spotless, and welcoming. Little touches — neatly folded linens, pristine mirror and surfaces, immaculate bathroom — truly elevated the stay.
