La primera noche tuvimos una incidencia con la habitación asignada. Sin embargo, al comentarlo en recepción al día siguiente, nos ofrecieron inmediatamente una habitación superior, sin dudarlo. El trato fue excelente y la atención, impecable. Sin duda, un servicio muy profesional.

Great place to stay in Arinsal on a budget
A had a fantastic week skiing in Arinsal and staying at Aparthotel Sant Andreu with family. Warm, clean room, great facilities with kitchenette in room allowing us to do trip on a budget. Spa in the hotel was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.
