Great location, decent breakfast, spacious room but shower knob was hard to turn, elevator is old -3 people max.

The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The restaurant and all the hotel staff were kind and inviting. A must stay while in Copenhagen

Really great base for exploring Copenhagen! Loved being able to hire bikes as well. Very comfortable bed/room - made it easy to get over the jet lag!

The configuration of the shower and sink in the room was very strange. Glass door in a shower unit looking into the room directly and out of the window . Otherwise the hotel is fabulous

This is a well appointed property. We stayed in the tower hoping for a view like the one in the picture - obviously only on 1 side of the tower. We did not get this view. This was slightly disappointing as that was one of the reasons we booked this place. The property is probably quieter than many areas but still we had music pumping till 1-2am. I think when colder not a problem as the windows would not have been open. But still slightly annoying but out of the control of the hotel I think. The shower was fantastic. Bed was comfy. The oven was finnicky to use but got there in the end. So not perfect but I would still recommend. Did not use gym and pool but both looked excellent. Location was good - near Juno bakery and there was a great grocery store on the Nordhavn metro side of the tracks as well as a Lidl in the same spot.

Great location, fair breakfast; needs to rotate/add some items, friendly and helpful staff. Room wasn't expected to be that small for the price I had paid, very limited storage available for unpacked clothes/items, we used our luggage as storage, which mad the room even smaller, bathroom is small too but Ok.

An exceptional place to stay. The location was great; a busy touristy area yet very peaceful in the hotel. I love the revamped warehouse style with great fittings and attention to detail. The breakfast was so good including homemade nut butters.
