We loved the privacy. That is what you’re paying for here. You are completely away from the world in this little tropical dream. The pool was amazing. We also liked snorkeling at blue cave and didn’t mind that it seems to be used for tour guides. I felt better being in the ocean with a few people around. Then back to the solitude of our house. Of course there are spiders and other critters given that you are somewhere tropical. The house lizards were cute. Make sure to stock up on anything you want before your stay so you don’t have to leave. Oh, also the chef is amazing and will accommodate any dietary restrictions if you notify them with enough time.

A quaint and comfortable property. The house and surrounding property were pleasant with good outdoor amenities (deck, tables, chairs, etc). There was a minor hiccup with access when I arrived, but it was quickly resolved. Some additional cooking pots would have been nice as only frying pans were available for the stove which limited my cooking options. Overall a good property and a positive experience.

Loved the washer dryer in the room. Great modern hotel with apartment feel. Good location set a little out of town but not too far, onsite car rental was simple and very helpful along with the lime scooters on site. Worth a look if your planning a trip to Ishigaki

The room was clean, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. We chose the eco-friendly option of not having our sheets changed daily. Although someone came in and emptied some of the trash, we initially did not receive fresh towels and not all of the trash was collected. On the second night, I left a note requesting fresh towels and asking that the remaining trash be removed, and the staff took care of everything. We enjoyed the hotel buffet on the evening we checked in and every morning during our stay. The buffet staff were excellent and consistently went above and beyond our expectations. The bell and valet staff at the entrance also deserve special recognition. They were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful with our luggage and car, and they always made us feel warmly welcomed.

Clean room, nice staff, good location But ventilation not that good, the corridor and toilet smelt humid and mouldy, even with 24hr ventilation

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast line became very long and was time consuming and especially difficult when we had activities planned for the morning. The breakfast buffet was also very crowded. The dinner buffet was delicious but was rather expensive t $27.50 per person which did not include soft drinks. The hotel is family friendly which is great but the pool and the onsen were over run with children. I don’t have anything against children but it was crowded and children outnumbered the adults. I was there in July. After talking to other tourists I found that there are some hotels that have adult only pools which may have been nice just to allow space to sit and relax.
