We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent. Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

Staff was courteous. Shared areas were enjoyable. Rooms were old and shabby. Did not want to go barefoot in room. Room 621 is haunted but that’s more fyi no points deducted. In a nice part of didn’t Vancouver.

Customer service literally doesn’t get better than this. Aloette restaurant is great. Literally the only critique I would have would be that the rooms need to be updated but were anything but uncomfortable. Would definitely stay again.
