This was a really great experience. We were three adults but there was others in our group of all ages from 10 to those in their 60’s. Our guides Joseph, Edwin luna, Gerald & Daniel were fantastic. Extremely reassuring, safety conscious (obviously) and the photos they took were great. It was very windy which made it extra scary when we were waiting on platforms to go but the guides had a way of quiet reassurance. The last four zip lines were the best as they were the longest and you had the first 6 to get used to the start and ends of each. I didn’t do the rappelling (too scared) or the Tarzan swing but my family did. In fact everyone in the group did except me! Everyone loved it.

The zip line was really amazing and the Tarzan swing was super fun. One part that I am really disappointed about was the lack of knowledge shared by the guides. We got no info about the history of it being The Original and no info about the strangling ficus tree you can climb through. We were the last tour of the day so maybe the guides were tired of talking but that is no excuse. My friend went earlier this month and told me all about the history so I am disappointed that my partner and the other visitors didn’t get to hear any of it. The guides were nice and fun but one did seem pretty tired of dealing with people and was snappy.

The experience was truly superb. Brian and Daniel proved to be exceptional guides, showcasing their skills and expertise. Despite my mild fear of heights, I felt comfortable and encouraged, demonstrating that anyone can participate. The Tarzan swing was a standout activity, and I highly recommend including it. The guides captured outstanding photos, making it a good decision to store your phone safely and purchase their photographs. The small group size facilitated a smooth and enjoyable experience.
