We’ll greet you with a welcome drink
The lesson includes cooking a traditional Sorrento menu, composed of a first course with homemade pasta, a second course and the inevitable dessert.
The chef will share the receips of our tradition , you can learn how to cook the famous gnocchi alla sorrentina or the ravioli alla caprese, or the tasty eggplant parmigiana made with fried eggplant. At the end the dessert can not miss: a delicious tiramisù with coffee or agrumance juice

At the end of every class you can taste your culinary creation, and you’ll judge your own dish in the shadow of our pergola, with a smile and fine wines in good company.
