A Nile River cruise truly worthy of remembrance. Four intense days filled with a rich immersion in culture and historical knowledge that deeply touches the soul. Our guide, Mohamed Gobran, was extraordinary — it felt as if he had 'swallowed' a history book, recounting in detail every temple we visited, transporting us through time and bringing our imagination vividly to life. We left with full hearts and the sense that our precious time had been exceptionally well spent. Always attentive to every detail and ready to find solutions for any unforeseen situation. I highly recommend this experience.

I was worried after reading some of the comments but I really loved this tour! I don't mind that the ship didn't start cruising until the secind day because the first day we spent on a smaller boat, viewing the sights of Aswan. I would recommend going to the Nubian village not so much for the village, but for the great boat ride there an back and the swim jn the Nile. Our guide was Talaat Abdo and he was just amazing, knowledgable and very helpful. Big recommendations from us!

The communication was great between the tour guide, Mahmoud, and the guests! The itinerary was fulfilled complete and the places we went to were amazing! The hot air balloon ride was a no go because of weather but the balloon ride was completed on the following day. Recommend possibly staying xtra half day in Luxor so get 2nd chance on balloon ride if 1st day cancelled. There were so many wonderful sites to experience but the balloon ride is spectacular! Our tour guide Mahmoud was very knowledgeable on all the sites and very attentive to our every need or question.

We had an amazing time on our Nile cruise, and our guide Talaat made it truly unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Egyptian history. The cruise itself was comfortable and well-organized, with beautiful views and great service throughout. Highly recommend this experience—and especially Talaat as your guide

I’ve rated this as very good based on the price / value and all that was involved. The reviews are correct re additional costs which are expected. I felt a little nervous having just booked via an app but the day before the your Ahmed the guide was in touch re a meeting point. The guide role appears extensive as there’s clearly a lot of ongoing admin and organising of a large group - 32 people - and getting them at the right tine to different locations and back again and keeping them happy. All which was done very well. We were very fortunate to have a very nice varied group of different ages and nationalities which was positive. I’d set expectations low re the boat and it was much better than I thought - I slept well, the room was spacious and views (when sailing) were fantastic from the huge window. Clearly the opportunity to visit so many sites accompanied by experienced guide was the purpose and all of this was done very effectively. And they are of course incredible. You are also (!) taken to a spice store (Aswan spices - read reviews yourself on Google and just enjoy the a/c, tea and the show……. Don’t fall for tricks ) and an alabaster store (same hard overpriced selling but remember you don’t need to buy! Just chill!) The food on the boat needs a shout out plenty of choice and very fresh - we were advised that all carefully and cleanly prepared - I took the risk of lots of delicious salads and veg alongside fish and meat and was fine and no doubt super healthy! Great desserts too. The balloon ride was cancelled but refunded week or so later by going to Viator. Mody tours were very sketchy at responses. To put in perspective I noted a beautiful Oberoi hotel boat in dock at Kom Ombo - a 5 day tour with them is £4,350! So this tour a really great opportunity to see major sites on a. comfortable boat with effective organised guide in an affordable and enjoyable way - I’d recommend. .

First of all, our guide Ahmed Shawky Ali was amazing, he made this trip worth it! He is very knowledgeable and took great care of the group, which was about 30 people. What you should expect from a Nile river cruise: first of all, you are going to pay 105$ entrance fees + 15$ tip for cruise staff + tips for the guide. The ship was good, we had no problems with the room or the food. You are actually docked in a port most of the time, and your room overlooks the room of the boat next door, so don’t expect much river views, and don’t expect a luxury cruise experience. 1st day communication and pickup were smooth. We also paid an additional 25$ on the first day to visit the Nubian village - I would recommend discovering the village on your own instead, if you have the time… 2nd day is packed, all very nice stops, but be aware that you will arrive at each site along with several other cruise ships, and it will be very crowded. 3rd day was almost entirely on the boat, veery slowly cruising to Luxor, mostly waiting to pass some water locks. And the last day was very packed, visiting almost all the sites in Luxor. It is overall very convenient because in Egypt, we found it difficult to find real guides and reliable transport. They take you to all the important sites around, and you just have to follow the timelines.

Food on the Ship was well prepared and the variety was fine to all meals. WiFi (extra payment) was well working. Clean ship when you take the ship age into account Small refrigerator in the cabin. The tour to the Nubian village was a super experience led by a great Nubian guide - Samuel Mohammad Ali. The Bad... The ship was old, and not that well maintained: Lose planks on the deck, SPA not working, hangers in the cabin came out of the wall. When the guide were to tell us something in relation to a temple or so, there often were so many other tourist that is was only possible for the nearest 8-10 people to hear our guide. Othe companies had smaller groups (we were about 45), and some had a radio system. The Guide... Our guide was Mahmoud. Mahmoud missed some basic guide skills: Last thing before leaving the bus, let the group know when and where to meet, when going back. Use a flag or something, to show the group (45 persons) where you are. When there are many uncertainties in the time table, inform the group about best/likely/worst timetable, and inform them that depending on other cruise boat tourists, times may change by 2-3 hours. Do not ask 45 tourists about when they should start the next morning, as the guide, you decide. Points of attention... Drinks, water and WiFi are not included in the price. You can bring you own sodas, which are not allowed in the restaurant, but on the deck, they are permitted. Tips for the crew and guide is 15€ pr. Person are not included. Most of the days start early 1st day 5.00 AM, 2nd 5.00, 3rd 6.30 At most of the attraction, there will be a lot of other tourist. Remember to bring pocket money for the toilet at the attraction. Up to 1$ pr. visist. You must have Whats-App to receive tour change messages from the guide.
