Great pools and activities for kids. Great space in the 2 bedroom Villa to spread out. Loved the several balconies. We truly enjoyed the restaurant and the singing Cowboy!

Great stay - kids loved the water park

This hotel was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, with stunning décor and thoughtfully designed spaces that made every moment feel special. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and filled with little details that showed true care and attention. The staff was warm, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything—from the ambiance to the service—created a relaxing and memorable experience. Stayed during low season. Food and beverages were good. Beautiful hotel. Front desk very helpful and nice. Pool service was terrible. Slow and bad attitude. Friendly shop keepers and food store staff.

Property is going through construction/rebranding so it’s hard to say what it will feel like later. The review is mostly for the room since we didn’t have a chance to use the property much during this stay. We stayed in a newly ‘renovated’ room but even though we noticed some new details (furniture, carpet, sink area) other things remained as we remembered from a few years ago. It is strange they would do some refreshing without upgrading switches, handles, toilet, windows…Bathroom is a good size and shower us excellent! Bed is comfortable. I found closet/cabinet too small, especially considering all the space in the room. Very nice towels, toiletries, etc…My main problem was absence of light. Room is very dark - morning, day, night…Small window (especially on the first floor) doesn’t let enough light, there are no sufficient lamps, and it was impossible to get any makeup done. Bathroom led light wasn’t the best either. Personally, new decor was hit and miss. More modern with southwest accent but having huge a/c unit by the window totally ‘killed’ modern feel…As did 1970th toilet paper holder))
