Nice hotel and staff

Clean and comfortable room. Easy check in. Near restaurants in a good area.

Location is great, close to Hakata stations, Yofobashi and restsurants. Room size is bery comfortable.

We loved this hotel - close to everything ie Hakata Station, shopping, variety of food options, Mcds, Starbucks and airport is 10min away! Tour meeting location was across the street so super convenient! Hotel staff was exceptional and rooms were spacious and very clean. Can’t say enough positive things about this hotel!

Lovely. Clean room and very friendly staff.

The hotel has the nicest welcoming staff soon we walked to the lobby floor. They were really friendly and checked in very smoothly to our room. We had a comfy double room overlooking some mountains and houses. Train station just outside the hotel and very convenient to take trains around or going to old part of Kumamoto. We liked our stay and loved the city. Hope to return one day staying the same hotel.

Excellent customer service!

The apartment was clean and very accessible to local nightlife in Fukuoka. The checkin process was a little confusing but nothing horrible. Room was a little small for 5 people but the price was right so it made up for it. I would probably book again if a bigger place of comparable price wasn't available.

Perfect place to stay if you want to relax and recharge. Buildings are beautiful, staff were welcoming and kind, and there's so much to explore in the area. Would recommend for anyone who wants a unique stay experience.

10 minutes walk from Hakata Station. There were only 2 chairs for 3 people. Since there were 2 stools it was not a big problem. Room is small considering that it is a apartment room for 3 people. Kitchen knives need sharpening. Room was clean. Toothbrush and paste were provided which I don't see in many hotels nowadays. Overall, it was a good stay.
