Clean and comfortable but not many staff to assist

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside. I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay. 1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart. 2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk. I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible. Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to public transport! Attached to a mall as well making it easy if you forgot anything. Staff were nice and helpful. The room was simple and clean just what we needed!

Room is spacious and bed is comfy

Beautiful property, very nicely decorated and in the most incredible location right next to the busiest street market in the city. Highly reccomend

room we got was big and nice. The room cleaning staff did a thorough job with cleaning our room and making our beds. They always changed the bed sheets at room cleaning. The lobby staff was also nice and helpful. Location was convenient, close to subway station. We would stay here again.

The room was small but clean, staff were really nice!! If you’re staying in Myeondeong, i would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was good but staff not helpful and the TV did not have language option to change to english. The walls were thin so could hear next room.
