Staff are very nice, polite and accommodating.

Best NAIA T3 airport hotel location - 5 min walk from T3 via covered walkway (Runway Manila). Cross a small back alley street and you are at the hotel entrance. Well appointed room, clean, and often a third of the price than other hotels that requires ANOTHER 5-10min walk after the covered walkway. Lawson/Starbucks in the same building. Highly recommened for a late night arrival and/or early morning departure out of NAIA T3 (not T1 or T2).

We booked the hotel because of their free airport shuttle. But soon found out that if you arrive after 4pm, you'll have to wait until 7pm for their next scheduled shuttle (and last for the day). Also, their earliest shuttle in the morning is at 7am. If you have international flights at 9am, you're better getting a Grab service. Unfortunately, we were unable to use their shuttle services.

I stayed in Savoy for a long layover and everything was just as I needed. Room and food were good, conveniently close to the airport so not too much hassle.

Staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated for the season and most of all the room I stayed smells good and clean

Front staff was not very helpful, were always on their phones. However the cleaning staff were extremely helpful and very professional. The breakfast only had limited options and also the location was way off with no much near by.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and 24hr room service is a plus.
