This is smoke free building which is great. Only negative is that the outdoor grill and really nice fireplace area is where the smokers go. Maybe they should put them in a different area. Smelled bad just walking thru that area to get to our car. Other than it was Great. I would stay here again...
"As soon as we checked into the room I noticed the sheets on the trundle bed under the sofa were stained and dirty asking with the sofa. When I called to ask that the sheets be changed I was told the employee I was speaking to was the only one there and that housekeeping was gone for the evening. "Staff was not as friendly as hoped for (guy at front desk). Gym needed a bit of moping. Anyway, we got there with big hopes to using the pool, but it was out of order. One of the elevators was also out of order (this one got fixed while we were there). The laundry room also out of order. We felt like we could have used a discount after all of this (this poor review could have been avoided). Breakfast was nice! Room seemed clean (and that matters lots to us). Without those inconveniences...
