General impressions of the hotel are positive, it is clean and tidy, good quality bed inlcuding pillows and duvets. nice sized TV and reasonable quality food. Fish and Chips was a bit of a let down more like fish fingers and chips. WIFI is reasonable although often disconnects and requires Re-Auth and this can happen 4 or 5 times a day.

The property is ok, but the services are not good as aspected, with broken elevators and coffee machines. My wife lost her white color coat when the hotel the room cleaning staff mistakenly collected the white coat with hotel white towels together and never return to us.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

The location to the airport is excellent but the reception staff were unwelcoming, unfriendly and didn't even smile! Plus I'd booked a "Double Queen sized room - Superior" and the window looked out at a carpark and more rooms only! A miserable outlook, making me thankful that I was only staying over night to catch my next flight. The room was actually hot when I arrived, so I needed to turn the aircon on freezing/high - the room did cool fairly fast but surely they should have had this cooled before my arrival at 9pm at night! The condition of the room/amenities/cleanliness/other facilities, and particularly location to airport was great.

Rooms were spacious, lovely staff.
