All staff were amazing and very helpful/professional and friendly. The breakfast was alright and the hotel itself was very clean and aesthetic. The immediate local area was a bit run down but was only a short walk to the bus and metro. I am sure not all rooms are the same, but I could barely fit on my toilet due to the position of it next to the wall and shower.
Overall, was a good stay and the staff are running the place really well.

I had a mixed experience at the Ottoman Deluxe Hotel in Istanbul. The good parts were definitely worth mentioning — the hotel was very clean and quiet, and it’s in a great location, close to shops and a nice shopping mall. The garden restaurant was beautiful, and I appreciated the thoughtful addition of prayer rooms. The cleaning staff were also very kind and helpful.
However, there were some downsides. Our room card kept stopping working, which was frustrating. Not many of the staff spoke English, which made communication a bit hard. On our first night, the restaurant staff didn’t seem interested and we waited a long time just to place an order. The food wasn’t great and was quite expensive. Also, the massage service was unavailable during our stay, which was disappointing.
Overall, the hotel has some lovely features, but a few things need improvement to make the stay more enjoyable.
