The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again.

Absolutely loved this stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the Bund, with charming old houses along the way. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Great water pressure in the shower. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a huge plus—wash and dry in one go. Nice gym for a quick morning workout, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Lujiazui at night. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and even recommended some great local Shanghainese restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot overall. The Butler (Johnson) was extra helpful as i'm a foreigner and he was able to see to my needs anytime. Would stay again.

The breakfast was excellent with fresh food every day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Concierge assisted in getting around town easily. Highly recommend this property!!

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean with quality stuff. I had a room with balcony and enjoyed to stay at balcony with a good view. Overall I had a happy staying, will stay here again

Great hotel and sevice, but only hotel than others. You can find a restaurants 5min walking distance.

This property has clean room and upholds the Hilton standard. I am satisfied with the room access and Breakfast option included in my booking.
