Room was dated and grungy looking. There were a couple dead bugs (small gnats). Lots of carpet with stains in hallway and in hotel room. Check in was 3 pm but did not get into our room till a little past 4 pm. Location is good and spacious for families but don’t expect luxury.

The hotel was well presented, and in a great location, the train station is very close by, as were lots of great shops and restaurants, the outdoor pool area was a highlight, though it was unusual not to have pool access included in the room rate, fairly good value, though be careful of all the add-ons, not much included in the basic room rate

This place was top of the tier!! The staff is SO kind and helpful. We met a great person who was also BTS army and we chatted everytime we ran into her. You can’t ask for a better stay. The pools and other amenities are so high class! Best place I have ever stayed at.
