Lotte Hotel is fabulous. Beautiful rooms, great views, great restaurants, great location. I highly recommend! Love the Peninsula Lounge in the lobby especially!

For a 5-star hotel, the room and hotel building itself did not meet expectations. The room was outdated, with repairs and maintenance in the room visible and left me with the feeling of old and dirty. The hallways stunk. We stayed on the 20th floor and the elevators took a long time because it was servicing other floors (businesses) to non-guests. The only nice area was the lobby to walk through. The location was good since it had direct entry to the mall. The staff were great too.
