Room layout was great but the place could do with a bit of a face-lift. It felt tired and a bit grubby. Reliable WiFi and great to have a washing machine.
Only saw the staff at checkin and checkout and they were very courteous.
It would have been useful in the pre-checkin instructions to know how to get to reception, we were wandering around with holiday baggage for some time trying to find the way in.
Great location for Perth CBD, Elizabeth Quay and transport.

Staff were kind and helpful. Finding the hotel enteance to actually check in was a nightmare,especially when we had no idea where we could park and parking was near impossible to find beyond the hotel parking. If there were upto date instructions on parking and checking in, i couldnt find them.
The hotel is dated but we knew that before we went as it was clear the hotel is being renovated. Notification of noise interruptions was appreciated.
Location once settled was really great, access to dining options was plentiful. Having the ability to use the Scarborough beach pool was appreciated since the hotel pool was unavailable.
