A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

A good place, close to the Shinagawa station, with pretty rooms and great services. It is a tad noisy during the day and the walls are thin. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and will come back for sure.

Tiny little rooms, even though we took the biggest ones. Tiny open closet space, and very hard mattresses. Laundry service costs a fortune, and does not take underwear. Not for families.
