The bathroom was dirty. Otherwise it was a great experience

Beautiful hotel, has lots of stores, restaurants, the architecture is gorgeous. The room was perfect.

The place is majestic, from the room, dinning and entertainment.

The Wynn still maintains the same aesthetics as they have done the last decade, just disappointing that the orchids were artificial in the areas near the main entrance. The house keeping and dining staff were very gracious. I felt badly having to ask for a bucket of ice since the ice machine on my floor was broken. I had hoped to be able to get a workout in but was disappointed that you have to book sessions with an instructor, whether it’s a personal trainer or a class, there was no option to just utilize the facility. Everything cost $$. The layout of the room was awkward, the TV couldn’t be watched from the bed. The room when I first entered smelled like smoke, had to spray the room to remove the scent. Not sure if it permeated from the elevator.

My wife and I were celebrating her bday and our 20th anniversary. Staff was courteous and helpful. Food and drink top notch. We will come back when it’s a bit cooler ;-)

I loved how they had hair wash products. So I didn’t have to go out and by some hair products

Service, staff and amenities were top notch.

The only complaint is navigating in and out of hotel to walk to the strip or other restaurants. Elevators a little confusing until you get used to the technology. Beautiful hotel inside and out All staff we interacted with were nice and helpful
