"Remembering it's a historic hotel, it's classic. I love old, so it was quaint, and the room was roomy with another area that had a desk. There is no elevator and has 5-6 steps to enter the hotel, so that's something people should be aware of. The staff was very accommodating since I was assigned a 2nd floor room after requesting 1st floor, but they quickly fixed it. It's SO close to the space needle, restaurants, and a supermarket. "Stayed here last year before a cruise and did the same this year. Nice location. A shuttle to the boat. Clean and updated as a Grand Hyatt should be. Really good hotel."
"Beautiful, clean, and easy to get to Pike Market. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again."
"Rooms were outdated but very clean, the refrigerator needs to be replaced but we didn’t use it so no complaints. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, fresh and hot and nicely stocked with various options."
"Everyone at the hotel was attentive, kind, and quick to offer help/assistance. Check-in was quick, with options on which view we would prefer. There was a large variety of both hot and cold items for breakfast, as well as fresh fruit. The location is perfect-close to the mountains, the outlets, Thanksgiving Point, and a great mid-way point if you are trying to visit both Provo and Salt Lake City. I would stay here again in the future."
