Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful. The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer. However, the hotel is very close to public transportation especially if you are taking A11 airport bus. The reception is located on level 3. The hotel is relatively new although the room is a bit small but has all the standard facilities. It is also very good value. "Taxis were always available in front of hotel. It’s easy to get around with local buses. Restaurants, grocery store and convenient store were within walking distance. The view was fantastic! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my phone behind after I checked out. The staff found my phone quickly and sent it back to me next day with reasonable charges."

"A very busy and professional hotel. Had to print something and they were very happy to oblige. We stayed at the triple room. Very spacious, especially a rarity for Hong Kong and the facilities were great. I especially loved the breakfast spread available."

"The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling."

"Our room was fantastic, the only reason staff didnt receive an excellent was for check-in. When we received our room key there was no help in where to go to find our room, what level or where the lifts were. Great NZ coffee right next door, at beginning of mall. Breakfast option was pretty good"

"The place was isolated on an interior village style community, it was dirty and old. All the pictures in there add is a lie.. I had the worse experience ever there. The Room smells disgusting and old. The Hotel was like abandoned with glummy floors and underrated breakfast place. It’s very far from the Main point of entry…. No cars go in there.. you have to walk for like 20min or rent a bicycle,,, nothing interesting there to see….I didn’t got my refund back, I paid 2 nights… have to pay $500...
