The elevators smells like mold.Our king mattress had dips on both sides, obviously from exact spots where mostly people sleep. Our daughter sleeping in the middle kept falling on either side because of it and I had a back ache for the 4 nights we slept on it.
The food was tasteless. the food we did consume was absolutely terrible and after talking to several other guests there they confirmed that the food’s taste is no doubt terrible. The fish made for us in the buffet was raw. The cakes we were served were rock solid and inedible. the room service was so bad. When we ordered breakfast, I was asked “you sure you want all this food?” And yes, of course I did… how do you ask a guest if I want 4 boiled eggs with an omelette and scrambled eggs at an all-inclusive resort with 3 guests in the room. My daughter eats 3 egg whites each morning and you serve two eggs in each order so I had to order 4 eggs. But the fact that I had to explain my food consumption at an all-inclusive resort was absurd. One pack of m&m was $10. Two Tylenol pills were $15. An 8 inch stuffed toy was $40. Coffee at the cafe was always cold…Every single time. Some staff was very nice but some were very rude. The teens arcade area girl was so rude to us. The kids exploring area was always rude even if you’re one minute off their schedule. I could go on but there’s no more room left.
One thing they fixed for us was the AC that wasn’t working the first night.
