Suwakyo Promenade Ski Vacations

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, although it was not quite as spacious as we expected, especially since we booked the Grand Room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Great /convenient location

Better than expected and much bigger than expected. All the amenities are there. It’s next to the trains but we didn’t hear a sound. Very convenient and amazing space for what you get. Love that the toilet is separate from shower and tub. They think of everything from the little details of the things you need

We stayed in a corner room which was very spacious, especially compared to other Tokyo hotels. Great location to stay when visiting Tokyo. Although, the room we stayed in did feel a little dated. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Our room was beautifully refreshed to an immaculate standard every day. Lawson convenience store in the basement of the hotel was very useful. Be warned that the facilities including the swimming pool and hot spring / spa are an extra fee which is a shame for a 5* hotel. There is also an additional charge to sit at a table with a Tokyo Tower view in the hotel bar. Check-in and check-out process took a long time. Note for Expedia VIP Access customers: We were not offered an upgrade at check-in, even though several other room types were still showing as available to book for the length of our stay.

Incredible staff at a beautiful, spacious hotel in a quiet area of Tokyo nestled in a beautiful , serene garden with a wonderful light and smoke show each night. Beautiful koi fish ponds and a magnificent 3 story pagoda

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

I had a great stay at Premium Apart MONday Ginza EAST! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My flight ended up being delayed, and I needed to extend my check-out time at the last minute. Even though there was an additional cost, the process was so easy and smooth, which I really appreciated, especially during an already stressful travel day. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and really appreciated how accommodating and kind the staff were. I would definitely stay here again!
