We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, although it was not quite as spacious as we expected, especially since we booked the Grand Room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable.
The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Better than expected and much bigger than expected. All the amenities are there. It’s next to the trains but we didn’t hear a sound. Very convenient and amazing space for what you get. Love that the toilet is separate from shower and tub. They think of everything from the little details of the things you need

This was an amazing hotel. It is surrounded by Tokyo Tower and beautiful temples, next to a stunning park. The rooms are impeccable, the view of the tower amazing. The rooms are nice and large. There were many amenities that I did not take advantage of. The cocktail lounge at the top had a breathtaking view. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. There are two railway stations within walking distance. Unfortunately I discovered the closer one at the end of my stay. I would love to return here.

Incredible staff at a beautiful, spacious hotel in a quiet area of Tokyo nestled in a beautiful , serene garden with a wonderful light and smoke show each night.
Beautiful koi fish ponds and a magnificent 3 story pagoda

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

I had a great stay at Premium Apart MONday Ginza EAST! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
My flight ended up being delayed, and I needed to extend my check-out time at the last minute. Even though there was an additional cost, the process was so easy and smooth, which I really appreciated, especially during an already stressful travel day.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay and really appreciated how accommodating and kind the staff were. I would definitely stay here again!
