Our stay at the Epoque Hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, which was such a lovely way to begin our stay.
The service throughout was exceptional. The very friendly young man who helped us with our luggage on the first day continued to be incredibly helpful and attentive every time we saw him. It’s those personal touches that really make a hotel memorable.
Our dining experience was first class as well, with wonderful food and service that matched the quality of the hotel.
We felt genuinely welcomed and very well looked after during our entire stay. If we ever return to Bucharest, we would stay at the Epoque again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with my stay at Grand Hotel Bucharest. The property is run down and needs updating. More important, they need to improve their Housekeeping Services. When I checked in my balcony was covered with 11 cigarette butts. The carpet in my room was covered in stains and needs to be replaced. And I had to call twice to get my room cleaned at 3:00pm.
