Well kept but is starting to show its age

Nice location and restaurants on property were good.

Room was clean but could use updating. A/C unit in room so loud it was difficult to hear the tv… Our room location was loud from music being played at an outdoor venue beneath our room

The room was excellent

The hotel, overall, was fine. The only surprise was upon arrival, the demande from the woman checking my 23 year old son and I in and asking for a $700.00 deposit for any consequental damages. I was somewhat shocked as I was not pre-warned during my booking. The card was run and I only received the funds back upon my departure four days later. If they do this with every quest, they are making great interest on clients. I also find the daily “extra” fees of +$65,00 for the use of pool, gym etc a bit excessive. We stayed three nights and on the third day, no room cleaning at all, not even beds made. The restaurants and coffee shops were wonderful but, like everything, excessive in price. 1 coffee, 1 bottle orange juice ($10,00!) and 2 muffins, $40,00 total. In the rooms the fridge was stocked, careful not to move items, as they are sensored and you will be charged. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the bedroom for morning coffee but at the price of coffee at the cafes and room service, I understand why they don’t…. I will come back to Las Vegas but will try another hotel.

The LVStripHouse Condo was excellent and convenient for me and my friends. Highly would recommend for anyone who has a large group staying in Vegas and wants to be close and enjoy the Las Vegas Strip. Cathy was so nice and knowledgeable about the property as well throughout our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Vdara. The only downside was that the room had a slight odor and could have been cleaned more thoroughly, especially considering the nightly rate. Other than that, the hotel and its amenities were very good.
