The property is spacious and beautiful. The Olu grill is a gem. Unfortunately, the activities on site are lacking and the in room breakfast is mediocre. We also booked water activities with the hotel. The snorkeling activity was disorganized and took place in heavy rain, which made it not enjoyable. Overall, this stay was a disappointment.

宿泊施設と連絡がほとんど取れず、非常に不安だった。
「駐車場は何台停められるか?」という質問の返信に１ヶ月以上を要した上、「１台しか停められない」と言われた。
宿泊可能人数８人に対して駐車可能台数１台は少なく、大変不便だった。
また、「宿泊前に代表者のメールアドレスと身分証が必要だから送ってほしい」と言われたが、指定されたメールアドレスが送信不能なメールアドレスであり、「違うメールアドレスを提示してほしい」と丁寧に連絡しても最後まで返信はなかった。
緊急連絡先に何度電話をしても、繋がらず、「連絡できる緊急連絡先を教えてほしい」というメッセージも無視された。
宿泊日前日の夜にハウスルールやチェックイン方法が送られてきたが、本当に最初から最後まで杜撰で最悪だった。

Very impressive hotel on Okinawa. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was of a great quality, if a little expensive - daily set meals were the best value but limited the choice. Very good breakfast with lots of choices where to eat and what to eat. Nice that you could change a breakfast for a lunch if you wanted, we did that one day and it was good. Great pool areas and nice to have adult only pools.
