Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The free shuttle bus between the hotel and train station is worth knowing about before you arrive! It was a perfect location for exploring the historical areas in Kanazawa. We had a Japanese style room which had novelty for us, plenty of space and comfortable; although sleeping on a futon is “firm” so perfect for a short stay.
