Great lication for walking to old town attractions. Also close to the Tram for trips to new or Asia sections. Friendly staff. Good breakfast included. No gym avaliable.

I had a pleasant stay. Miss Elif was very helpful. I got sick during my stay ,she took care of me. Thank you for all the effort she did to make my stay nice and comfortable. Would definitely come again .

Excellant hotel .Within walking distance of the major attractions, but lstanbul is very hilly and beware the hotel half way up a very steep one with difficult pavements and very heavy traffic. The top of the hill is a little more on the flat soif you have walking difficulties perhaps the sister hotel would be better. The staff in both are some of the kindest we have ever met so the Apryllis group are recommended. The rooms are not big but very clean with comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. However we are english and the breakfast for us was very poor. Basic same every day with no replacement if you are late risers as we are.. Salad bar , boiled egg , chips , plain lumpy horrible yogurt. If you are a breakfast person you will be disappointed. The staff in the breakfast room are realy lovely and never stop cleaning. Very good cofee machine. They have a nice rooftop bar ,one night they had belly dancing but we missed because no one told us about it and there were no signs. A shame as l am sure it woud have been fun. The hotel can help you with booking all trips , taxi entrace tickets. It is the staff who make the place so good

Main issue is the food and the cost of it. If you’ll charge 45 dolares for 200 grs of filet mignon at least has to be cooked to perfection and fries should be natural ( not frozen sold wholsale) and perfectly cooked… a super easy dish difucult to mess it up. The rest was great, the hotel, employees etce etc
