Cheap night away with friends. The hotel is old, however the rooms are okay. The reception staff were nice and helpful and let us check in early. Budget hotel but worth the price.

Beautiful hotel close enough to Liverpool City Centre but far enough to be calm and relaxing.

Friendly and helpful staff. But the rooms are dated, and could do with a good spring clean - dusty carpets especially around the edges/cornice area, and the windows need thorough cleaning. But the toilet and bath were clean, spotless almost, which was a pleasant surprise and a good thing as that is a key area when it comes to cleanliness.

Good position for the quays, quite dated rooms tired

Stayed at the Townhouse as a base in Manchester for the night. Friendly staff upon arrival, and happy to take our luggage early / for the following day. Upon checkin, the room was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed, and would definitely use if I needed a central hotel for the night!
