Very attentive staff and great amenities. The front desk was very kind and helpful with my husband in his wheelchair, and for us bottled water for the room. The concierge got us another room robe within minutes of requesting it. We both enjoyed the hot tub, it is nice and hot! My husband loved the pillows and bedding so much I had to check his suitcase for a pillow before we left. Very clean and extra comfy! And the food options in house are great. This was our first time staying here and we'll be back!

I didn’t like that I was surprised with “hospitality fee” for almost $70 upon arrival. Had I known that I would’ve stayed somewhere else. That’s why I paid in advance on Expedia.

The staff hands down 5 stars! By far everyone at the front desk, the concierge, the valet guys!! All 5 stars! They are AWESOME friendly, very helpful, kind and all smiles 😃 its our first time staying here, we will definitely be back. Great hotel, absolutely stunning inside and out. Very clean hotel, room and room came with bathrobes! Beautiful views, high floors. My husband and I stayed here celebrating our 10 yr anniversary ❤️ 💕 we loved every minute every second of our time spent here. Not to mention TAMO Bistro & Bar, outstanding! We had the cheeseburger, cooked to perfection, a delicious salad with side of fries, and let us not forget the beautiful Italian cocktail to celebrate occassion😋 Best food ever and delicious choices for drinks. They gave us complimentary tix for drinks and food, as well as sent up to our room a complimentary bottle of Champagne 🍾 to celebrate our anniversary from the Hotel 🤗😍 thank you Seaport, never change 😊 😘 stunning view from our top floor almost corner suite 💕💐
