bed too soft, bed sheet dirty, poor hitel shuttle arrangement, oversea customers has no phone access

Lovely room comfy bed but only 1 pillow was nice and soft. The pullout couch was lumpy and there were no extra pillows available for it.

A landmark hotel that (mostly) lives up to the hype. The main lobby/bar area is beautiful; atmosphere was classy; check in staff and concierge were helpful and efficient; and the location is second to none for those visiting from out of town. My only complaint is that the rooms appear dated, with the bathtub feeling like you could potentially step through the sidewall. This was brought to the attention of staff during our checkout…and seemed to have been a familiar complaint based on their reaction.

Its really great. Rooms are nice. Its pretty close to the CN tower and other areas.

I have stayed here a few times and always find it clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful.

We recently stayed at Hotel Bisha for 5 nights and can’t wait to come back. The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you’ll hear trucks beeping most mornings (and slightly later on Saturdays).
