There’s every thing you need to have except cosmetic

Perfect location just 10min from the main strip/centre which made it a quiet location. Super modern and clean and ended up being our most luxurious hotel that we stayed in during our holiday. Huge rooms and great bathroom too. Only 50m from a Lawson and 7Eleven too. Recommend staying here if you are visiting Kyoto.

Mamba Station has so many food options. Can walk to Dotombori.

Staff speaks Japanese, English and Mandarin. Walking distance to JR; Washing Machine and Dryer inside the room, super convenient.

The staff were lovely and so helpful, everything about our stay was great !

Spacious and clean bathroom, a little uncomfortable pillows and tasty complementary coffee in the room!

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Stunning location and only a short walk away from Osaka Castle and the train station. Disappointed to discover use of the gym and pools was not included in the price.

A fantastic option for those using Universal park, everything is there you need. The hotel rooms are a great size with plenty of the comforts you expect in a Japanese hotel

Very nice unit. Clean, great a/c, kitchen, fridge, kettle, etc. This is an apartment rental, so you will not get daily cleaning. With 5 days stay they included a free cleaning that you can schedule. Also, fresh towels were on request. This was fine for us. Location was good for walking to Dotonbori area. Transit was close enough with luggage.

First off, it's very clean and conveniently located right next to the Dotonbori area, offering a wealth of food and nightlife options. Easy access to two or three different subway lines. Also, the staff is devoted. We had a room that, for some reason, wasn't getting a good wifi signal. It was full of bars everywhere in the hotel, except in our room. We informed the staff, who immediately attempted a few unsuccessful attempts to improve the signal. The next day, a new signal repeater had been installed right outside our door, and we had full bars in our room. An email was in my inbox telling me they had done that. TBH, I thought that was impressively professional.
