Great room, clean, good kitchen fit out, good location, helpful staff

Close to Haneda, plenty of convenience stores around, many local eateries nearby that are delicious, room was super clean, well stocked with amenities, LOVE LOVE THE FULL HOUSEKEEPING - they do a super clean, top up of amenities, PLUS a full change of all the bedsheets. Daily towel change - including face towels. Third stay for us. Washing machine/dryer in the room was so awesome and convenient - well thought of with many hangers and rack for drying if you prefer to hang them up - the heater in the room will dry them overnight while you sleep. Many train stations near by to get to, Bonus was 2 stops to Ginza + Tsukiji Market. Totally nice vibe, not hectic crazy like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Definitely will stay again.

Washer/Dryer inside the room was great. Separate shower and toilet was great. Hotel was very clean. Windows could use a little more sound isolation from outside noise.

The staff was great, very helpful, and patient with us. The location was great too, close to a rail station, a pharmacy, and some good restaurants.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful breakfast buffet setting with a nice breakfast. The adjacent gardens are pretty even in February. Shinagawa station is an easy walk away, though a taxi is better off you are loaded down with luggage.

Really enjoyed our stay here, stayed 4 nights in a garden facing room. Was so beautiful at night to watch the sea of clouds. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, including cafe/bar and front door staff. Enjoyed turn down service, the chocolates were a hit for our 8year old. The room style is older, but quite updated. Stayed here purely due to watching the anime Sangetsu no Rion (March comes in like a lion) The banquet hall and massive chandelier was exactly as I'd imagined. Hotel is a little out of the way, but a bus 白61 stops just across the road and even travels to Shinjuku so it was quite easy to get around. Under 10mins walk along the river to Edobashi station, with lots of access to other stations. Not to mention, they always have a line of taxis which was a lot more convenient for us especially in winter. Amenities were great, nothing lacking. There was also a tablet in the bathroom, this was great while I was doing my hair haha We enjoyed hightea at le Jardin, the moomin tea was beautiful. They catered to my allergies and even set out a birthday plaque on my tower.

Really nice rooms and bathroom. The staff were nice and they had lots of cool amenities in the lobby.
