I had to cancel 2 nights of a 4 night reservation and they were very gracious and returned 2 nights charges.

the customer service (Lady) assigned us in a room that is not well clean. phone is broken and dusty .trash can dirty. table dusty. bathroom not clean well all in all room in not good to stay in for 2 night. i wen down to lobby and talk to another CS and he changed our room. The lady CS did not even tell us anything about the hotel. but the other staff are all good except her .

Dominique at the Front desk is Fantastic, but even though it looks like an old apartment building, the rooftop dining area is really neat and delicious food plus they offer free breakfast so it’s super convenient but very dated

Clean and very relaxing on the marina. Nice dinner at Salt and would stay again.

The room was really stylish and cute. The staff were friendly. There is shopping and restaurants right across the streer. I picked the location for its proximity to Universal Studios. The walls are thin; I can hear the neighbors talking. Hallways and rooms are not carpeted so noise travels very easily. The hotel does provide complementary earplugs. It smells like cigarette smoke in the bathroom which I think was coming through the venfs. Overall, besides those cons it is really nice place to stay.

Quality hotel. Fantastic and friendly doorman and bellhop.

Loved the rooftop pool, valet parking people were great, friendly staff at the hotel!!

Very cool updated rooms and building. The diner is excellent! I will definitely stay here again!
