Everyone was great and the room has a fabulous view.

Nicely appointed. Easy to check in and out. Extremely well situated for touring Manhattan. Walkable everywhere.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful with a great view. However, I expected more. The beds were quite hard. Sheets and pillows were not at the level for price.

The room was clean, staff were so nice and helpful. The food was great, and the location was perfect. Our whole experience was amazing and simply could not ask for me. Thank you for a great time!!

We often stay at the Park Avenue Royalton when we come to NYC. The rooms are large with plenty of closet space and they all have large soaking tubs. Very luxurious. It is a very convenient location, near to buses and subways. The staff is always very helpful and nice. No complaints.

Room was clean, spacious and wonderfully comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Diego. Food throughout the hotel was exceptional! Lobby bar had great end-of-day cocktails in a cozy setting. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The building was well-maintained with vintage pieces of flair to really make you feel like you're in old school Hollywood. Outside of valet, parking options were pretty limited. The diner downstairs was great! We mostly ordered take-out and ate in the room!
