The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling.

I stay three nights in this hotel which is located very close to all types of public transportation (MTR, airport bus and trams). It is also close to many restaurants and food outlets. The room is reasonable in size and very quiet. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel is very small and not easy to find especially during the nighttime.

The hotel had bedbugs. I had booked 2 rooms and in both rooms we have issues where the guests were bitten by bedbugs. At the end of the first night stay their body was covered in marks from bug bite. When we reported the staff the same they helped us change the room but other room has also same issue. The property is good but it is hard to recommends after our experience from 4 nights booking of 2 rooms

As a platinum member, I expected a free upgrade. The upgrade was offered at extra charge. The room was tiny max 3,30m x 5 .00 m no place to put a suit case. Had to climb over it to get to the bathroom. Minibar was missing all alcoholic drinks. Tea making facilities consisted of a kettle. Bottled water HK$20 for 500ml , no tea, no coffee no cups. Bathroom had long hair from previous occupant(s). Noisy, poor soundproofing. Felt like I was on a ship with throbbing motors. Even asking to store my suitcase for 3 hrs cost HK$20. Am only surprised they didn’t try charging for toilet paper by the sheet.

The hotel was really beautiful and amazing staff!! Always helpful to our needs. Our family had a really great time!

Nice location on the hong kong island, easily walkable to many places including the subway station. While the rooms are clean, they do feel outdated
