The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast caters for all palates. The room was clean and offers great views of the Petronas Towers (if you are lucky enough to get that side). The pool was clean. The restaurant on the 15-floor served great food.

Convenient is key to me. However, this hotel is getting old. Many of their hall ways when you step out of the elevators smell bad. Rooms are spacious. The shower heads are not flexible for females. I understand the rain forest shower heads are trendy, but not for female who doesn’t shampoos our long hair everyday. Improve on shower heads.

We stayed at 5 star hotels throughout our 3 weeks across Indonesia and Singapore. This hotel was most impressive! I’ll begin by highlighting the incredible service. The front desk personnel was always helpful, the Haus65 staff was incredible, and we were also equally pleased with the housekeeping in our room and the porters. The food and cocktails were delicious. The hotel is very well maintained. It is clean, well-decorated and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious, compliments to the chefs in Haus65. The service from every staff member was outstanding. The hotel has several different restaurants to choose from. The fitness center was well-maintained and the pool as well. We visited the spa and were greeted by very welcoming and kind staff. My husband and I will definitely return to this hotel, however next time we will extend our stay. Highly recommended!! You will be very impressed by this hotel. The location is also ideal.

We enjoyed our staycation with my small pet almost every year on his birthday. We can now dine outdoors at their restaurants which are pet friendly.We stayed in the same room as last year. Overall it was a nice experience. The staff are very helpful and the room is well maintained and clean.
