I especially liked the butler service in every building. Their attention to detail and service was exceptional. The staff was on top of the cleanliness and every time I came back to my room it was fresh and organized. Our swim up pool was clean and enjoyable; I loved the privacy and calmness. The drinks were on point in all places, restaurants and lobby included.

One of the best resorts i have been to. Top of the top. Even my 7 months old was having a blast. All the staff and i mean it when i say all were great. All greeted us with a smile. The activities were the best. Fernando is such a great activity instructor. The fresh omlettes in the morning was to die for. The older lady chef had the best omlettes. The dinner experiences was great. All the restaurants were decent but the best top one was Flora restaurant. Loved trying dominican cuisine for the first time and it was delicious! Definitely recommend. All the concierge people helped when needed. Shoutout to Andrés and Maria! Great people. Will definitely go back more and more.

We loved our stay overall! Our swim-up room with a private hot tub was definitely the highlight. The resort is beautiful, the food was good for an all-inclusive with lots of variety, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The complimentary golf cart shuttle made getting there quick and easy. The biggest downside was the service. Many employees seemed uninterested, we experienced long waits for food and drinks, and our orders were forgotten several times. The drinks also tasted watered down. One thing to note: because the resort is inside a gated Meliá community, Ubers can’t enter. You’ll need to take a golf cart to the front gate to meet your driver, or use the resort’s more expensive taxi service. Overall, what could have been a 10/10 was a 7/10 due to the customer service and drinks, but we still enjoyed our stay.
