I assumed that because it was a hotel and not and airb&b they will make the bed, but they didn't. The bathroom floor was not completely clean.

Historic building with a funky retro styling. Clean room but windows very dirty on the outside which was a shame. Staff very friendly and a convenient location for everywhere.

Good location and everything you need close by. Was allocated a room that didn’t quite match what I’d requested but the front desk sorted it out quickly. Housekeeping quite keen and were knocking at my before check out time.

This is a beautiful building in a very old part of town (no elevator) some minor issues one inch step into bathroom. Once you stub your toe a few times you remember to step up on entry. Shelving in bathroom loose and sloped, shelving and fixtures in shower stall are fine.

Very modern and chic interiors. Amenities are great, the room is comfortable for a family of 4 (2 young children)

We had a lovely stay at QT. The room was incredibly spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the mini bar well stocked. It’s one the best hotels we’ve stayed in for a while! The Parlour had great breakfast menu. We hope to come back soon.
