It seems for over 2 years the hotel was been doing upgrades. very noisy during the day and making elevator very slow with 2 of the 4 being used buy the contractors. I have used this hotel chain in Bangkok for over 20 years. Im becoming very disappointed.

The employees at the front desk are always very helpful and nice. I always appreciate if they allowed early check-in

The staff here are awesome. One of the few moderately priced hotels in Silom close to all the awesomeness that is Silom Road. Fantastic food court weekdays around the corner on Saladaeng.

I hate to leave a bad review because the staff was excellent but for them to have plumbing issues in two separate rooms is unacceptable. The water pressure for the toilets is horrible. You have to flush it multiple times and then the toilet paper still doesn’t go down. After a few days we had to move to another room 2 floors up but the toilet wasn’t much better. Having to call maintenance to plunge the toilet was very frustrating. I used the toilet in the lobby and it was much better so I don’t know if it’s the higher floors with the issue or not. Again for a $100 room in Bangkok it was very disappointing. If you do book a room on the 15th or 17th floor check the toilets before you settle in. Hopefully they resolve the issue in the future. I should have been more aware since I saw a similar review regarding the toilets. I thought it was a one off but unfortunately not. For the good parts the staff was really courteous and attentful. The room was really large, the bathtub in the first room did not meet my standards which aren’t extraordinarily high. The tub in the second room was usable. The room was very clean and well maintained. Their eco sign doesn’t really mean anything because they changed the towels every day which I thought was excessive but that’s just me. The buffets were very nice with a good selection which was a little pricey as all hotels are but very convenient on days you’d like to relax. I didn’t get to utilize the gym as it a was closed.

Great roof top pool here, with a bar! I had room 211, not the best view as straight outside the window someone is building a hotel which blocks any view but also means the builders can see straight into the room if you open the curtains. To be far, reception did say I can move to a better room the next day, but I decided on staying in this room instead. Good bathroom with a huge and deep bath tub, thats also a good thing to have a soak in after a hard days walking in that Pattaya heat. Very good wifi with not issues for me. Breakfast isn't too bad either, and does the job.

I've stayed at many other hotels in Bangkok, but always return to the Night hotel. The front desk staff is very helpful. The hotel is near most most malls and BTS and MTR. The hotel has a shuttle to the nearest BTS and mall. Room is always well cared for and there is plenty of hot water... which is sometimes hard to find a consistent stream of hot water at other hotels I've stayed at in Bangkok. Highly recommend the Night hotel.

Best location if you are tired from a road trip entering Bangkok. The check in was smooth, the breakfast okay but the salad bad for nice. Pool is awesome. Overall would recommend for the price over and over
